I was surprised how fast I got my dress; just over two weeks to deliver to Canada. I was initially very pleased with the dress although I noticed right away that the dress was not made out of a matte polyester blend like described and shown in the pictures. It's a thick satin shiny kind of fabric that I don't actually dislike although it makes the dress very warm. It still doesn't look like a cheap Halloween costume you would find at Walmart. Decent quality. The black lace is beautiful and very little loose threads. Sleeves and exquisite. This is as good as it gets for the price. My big problem with the stress is that it's not at all stretchy like it said in the description. I measured myself and chose my size following the sellers chart carefully. I have at least two inches less than the limit even without a corset which I put on before trying on the dress. Thinking it was stretchy and would allow plenty of movement, I thought it would be 100% fine. But it's not. I can't even zip up the side zipper. There's plenty of space around the waist but the fact that it is not stretchy I can't even zip it up. And what makes it all even worse is that every time I have pulled delicately on that dress, whether it be to check if the back laces were okay or to straighten or tug a little bit at one of the sleeves, there is a ripping sound and I can see the stitching opening. At first I just thought I would have to solidify every seam with the help of a seamstress which would have been extra cost for me, but now I found myself with two holes in the front of the dress trying to tug it down DELICATELY.Other than that the bustle on the hips and on the back seen on the seller's pictures is non-existent. It doesn't fall at all like in the pictures. This would be easily fixed by a seamstress again for an extra cost to me. So it all started with excitement and it ended with a ripped dress that doesn't even fit even if it's the correct sizing. For anyone who plans to order that dress, definitely size up even though it doesn't make any sense. Worst case scenario you'll have to have the shoulders pulled in a little bit and to tie the back lacing tighter (but not really tight cuz it will rip!). That and pinning up the train so it creates a bustle shape.Update: after complaining to the seller, they offered a 40% reimbursement to pay for having the dress fixed by a local seamstress.Overall, the dress is worth the prize, but with no stretch, definitely size up or it will rip.
